If no properties are listed, it means we do not have any available rentals at the moment. We encourage you to check back frequently, as new listings can become available at any time.

2. Do you offer rent-to-own options for your properties?

At this time, we do not offer any rent-to-own opportunities.

3. How do I apply for a rental property with TRtO Homes?

Before applying for a house to rent, we require that you view the property in person to ensure that it meets your needs and expectations. Select the property from the Rentals page that you are interested in and click the TOUR REQUEST button on the property listing to fill out a free short questionnaire. We will text you afterwards to schedule a showing. Once you have toured the property and decided that it is the right fit for you, we will send you a link to our online application. The application fee is $40 per adult applicant.

4. What is the rental application process?

Our rental application process includes a credit check, background check and verification of income and rental history. We strive to process applications quickly and efficiently, typically within 2-3 business days after receiving all required documentation.
